  • Gather feedback from teachers and school management for product improvement

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities between Neon Bit and Neon Uji

  • Manage contract renewal and extension processes

C. Teacher Support and Training

  • Organize workshops and training sessions on the use of Neon Bit and Neon Uji for teachers

  • Help teachers integrate products into teaching and learning activities aligned with the curriculum

  • Participate in educational events (seminars, webinars, open classes) at partner schools

D. Reporting and Analysis

  • Record all sales activities and visits in a spreadsheet on a daily basis

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on pipeline, conversion, and revenue

  • Provide market intelligence (competitors, trends, feedback) to the management team

E. Internal Collaboration

  • Coordinate with the Campaign Strategist and Marketing Manager on campaigns and promotional materials for schools

  • Collaborate with the Product/Development team to relay feedback from schools

  • Work with the Content team to align materials with the curriculum needs of target schools

What we're looking for

A. Mandatory Requirements:
