About the role

What you'll do

As a Visual Programming Mentor, you'll play a vital role in delivering impactful and fun learning experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

Teaching and guiding students in interactive coding classes focused on visual programming and game development, both online and in-person, adhering to established SOPs.
Preparing comprehensive learning reports and monitoring student progress.
Providing constructive feedback on student assignments and projects.
Actively engaging on student communication platforms.
Conducting consultation sessions with parents/guardians to discuss student development.
Participating in the preparation and execution of trial classes, including involvement in educational promotional events.
Collaborating closely with the education and operational teams to refine curriculum and improve delivery methods.

Proven experience teaching children or teenagers, both online and offline.
Confident public speaking skills and the ability to engage with students from diverse backgrounds.
Capable of guiding students in creating simple web projects.
Ready to work on-site in Yogyakarta.
Open to continuous learning, flexible with work hours, and adaptable to local mobility.
