About the role
Junior Finance, Accounting will support the finance department in managing the company's financial records, ensuring basic compliance with accounting principles, and assisting with the day-to-day financial operations. This entry-level role provides an opportunity to learn and grow in the areas of accounting, finance, under the guidance of senior team members. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, eager to learn, and possess a foundational understanding of financial concepts.
What you'll do
Accounting:
Assist in recording daily financial transactions accurately.
Help in maintaining and organizing financial documents.
Support the processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
Assist in basic account reconciliations.
Support the preparation of financial reports.
Finance:
Assist in data entry for budgeting and forecasting processes.
Help in monitoring basic budget variances.
Provide support for cash flow tracking.
Assist with basic financial data gathering.
What we're looking for
Fresh Graduate are welcome, up to 2 years of experiences
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Understanding of Indonesian tax laws and financial reporting standards.
Time and project management
Proven skills in collaborations with internal teams (operational, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth operations.
Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets and any financial softwares
