Growth Specialist, Social Media Specialist
What you'll do
Proactively develop comprehensive strategies and tactics to improve brand image, boost brand reputation, drive qualified leads, and improve sales & revenue performance.
Deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
Experiment with various organic and paid digital marketing channels.
Produce valuable and engaging content to attract and convert our target groups.
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
Prepare and monitor digital marketing budgets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis; and allocate funds wisely.
Oversee and approve all digital marketing materials.
Lead and manage the digital marketing team to make sure all digital marketing activities are on track and in a timely manner.
Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing activities, gain insights and assess them toward goals.
Perform market research to find the most successful and effective campaigns, analyze consumer behavior, and adjust tactics accordingly.
Build, develop and manage your team, train them and develop their marketing expertise and know-how.
Lead and participate on cross functional teams to execute multi-channel strategies.
Keeps abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, identifies new innovative opportunities within marketing and communication media.
What we're looking for
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful digital marketing campaign throughout its lifecycle.
Proven ability to develop digital sales and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
Strategic thinker and goal-oriented individual that able to identify new business opportunities.
Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills.
