About the role
The Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualising and producing engaging visual content across various digital and print channels. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of branding, layout, and storytelling through design. Ideal candidates should have prior experience in educational and/or tech industries and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What you'll do
Visual Content Production
Design marketing and branding materials including social media assets, brochures, infographics, and slide decks.
Prepare design files for production and publishing, ensuring high-quality delivery.
Brand Consistency
Maintain and evolve visual brand consistency across all communication channels.
Collaborate with content, product, and marketing teams to develop visual concepts aligned with project goals.
Digital & UI Support
Support the creation of UI design assets for educational platforms or digital products when needed.
Iteration & Development
Adapt designs based on feedback while maintaining creativity and clarity of message.
Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices.
What we're looking for
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
Industry Background: Experience in Education, Creative Agency, or Technology sectors preferred.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma.
Familiar with tools for digital content production (e.g. Canva; After Effects is a plus).
Basic understanding of layout design, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
Portfolio: Required; must include samples of branding, marketing design, and content visuals that showcase creativity and execution.
