The role requires a strong creative sensibility, a solid understanding of platform algorithms, and the ability to translate brand messaging into content that resonates with target audiences in the education and technology sector.

Contribute to the monthly content calendar in coordination with Campaign Strategist.
Research trending topics, formats, and hashtags relevant to the education, technology, and EdTech audience.
Content Production
Produce short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) from scripting to final upload.
Capture original photo and video assets during events, product sessions, and day-to-day operations.
Write captions, hooks, and accompanying copy for each content piece.
Collaborate with the Graphic Designer for visual assets and with the Video Editor for post-production.
Publishing & Community Interaction
Schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Monitor audience comments and interactions; escalate engagement opportunities to the relevant team.
Performance Monitoring
Track basic performance metrics (views, reach, engagement rate, saves) for each content piece.
Report underperforming or overperforming content to the Campaign Strategist weekly.
Brand Consistency
Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines (tone of voice, visual identity, messaging pillars).
Maintain a consistent content quality standard across all platforms.
What we're looking for

Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn features, best practices, and trends.
Basic understanding of social media analytics (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, or equivalent).
What You Will Bring
Strong storytelling ability with a creative and visually oriented mindset.
